Ta-Da!!! produce music for pre-schoolers, and they're proud to announce the release of their second album, "Brand New Day." It features 20 new tracks from ARIA nominated songwriter and producer Cory Blight (Dukes of Windsor), and lead vocalist extraordinaire Chris McLeay. The album features cameo appearances from Australian rock icons Tex Perkins and Johnny Mackay.

The aim of the album was to create music that parents and children enjoy listening to together. The songs were written to help children learn while having fun, with lyrics covering topics such as independence, traffic lights, days of the week, pets, bathtime and healthy eating. The album is a cohesive genre hopper, covering reggae, Latin, pop, jazz, funk, rock, and country.

Cory is proud of this collection of songs, "We've tried hard to make the best quality children's music we can. Every song has a live feel - we've focused on capturing energetic musical performances on drums, bass, guitar, ukulele, voice, percussion and keyboards. It's educational but it's fun. We can't wait for children and their parents to hear what we've created!"

Chris McLeay performed lead vocals.

Cory Blight performed drums, bass, guitar, backing vocals, glockenspiel, ukulele, didgeridoo, percussion, and keyboards. Cory also recorded and mixed the album.

Phoenix Blight performed backing vocals on most of the songs, and even a little glockenspiel.

Johnny Mackay performed lead vocals on 19.

Additional backing vocals were performed by Jason "Evo" Evans Casey, Lily Evans Casey, Louie Perkins, Tex Perkins and Harry Pollard.
